Recht bekommt nur, wer den besseren Anwalt hat Einen Attest kann die Agentur höchstens von einem Angestellten verlangen, da du sicher gegen Rechnung dort arbeiten wolltest, müssen sie dir da schon vertrauen. Grundsätzlich ist eine Zusage deinerseits eine Zusage und damit eine Annahme des Angebotes. Wenn du allerdings tatsächlich verhindert bist und es auch keine konkreten Absprachen zum Krankheitsfall gibt, wird man dir auch nicht wirklich was anhaben können.
