Meine Frage: WAS kann ich für den Ausfall der restlichen 6 Tage noch konkret verlangen (es war ein Pauschalbetrag pro Messetag angesetzt)?

Ich glaube das kommt ganz drauf an was in eurem Vertrag darüber vereinbart wurde. Hast du dazu Informationen?
