Wie lange sind die Kündungsfristen bei einer Rahmenvereinbarung?
Ich habe am 10.09. eine Rahmenvereinbarung unterschrieben. Die Aktion wäre vom 26.11 - 23.12.2020.
Als Kündungsfrist ist in der Vereinbahrung nichts erwähnt, nur lediglich, dass bei eim Shutdown storniert werden kann.
Ist es möglich, die Vereinbarung auch ohne Shutdown noch zu kündigen? Frist?
