Hallo,

ich brauche bitte euren Rat.
Folgendes: Ich bin selbstständig und hatte mich auf einen Job bei einer Agentur beworben. Diese wollte mich dann auch buchen und schickte mir den Vertrag zu..In diesem Fall wichtig zu wissen: Es stand u.a. drin, dass ich bei Nichteinhaltung des Auftrags, also absage, einen Ersatz bieten müsste und ein Attest vorweisen müsste.
Nun ist es so gewesen, dass ich diesen Vertrag nicht unterschrieben habe und denen zwei Tage vor der Aktion AVG sagt habe bzw..den Einsatz abgelehnt habe..Nun kommt mir die Agentur mit Strafe und droht mir mit einer Vertragsstrafe in Höhe des fällig gewesenen Honorars

. Was kann ich tun? Sie nageln mich sogar fest und sagen: Auch wenn ich keinen Vertrag unterschrieben habe, so besteht dennoch ein mündlicher Vertrag.

Ich weiß gerade nicht mehr weiter und hoffe man kann mir hier weiterhelfen Smile
