Promotionaktion 'wohl' rechtzeitig abgesagt		 Reply with quote  
Hallo zusammen,

folgender Sachverhalt:

Wurde für eine Gutscheinaktion gebucht im Zeitraum vom 17.10.-31.10.16. Heute bin früh bin ich zeitgerecht vor Ort gewesen, um mich anzumelden. Komischerweise jedoch, wussten die vor Ort nichts von einer Aktion und einer Promoterin. Daraufhin habe ich bei der Agentur angerufen, um mich selbstverständlich zu erkundigen. Man teilte mir am Telefon mit, dass die Aktion vor einer Woche abgesagt wurde seitens Kunden und alle Promoter sowohl per Mail als auch telefonisch erkundigt wurden. Außer ich!

Was für Rechte habe ich? Kann ich trotz dessen die geplanten Aktionstage in Rechnung stellen?

Danke euch im Voraus.
