Hallo ihr Lieben,

meine Frage lautet wie folgt:

Ich möchte die Umsatzsteuer nachwirkend von einer insolventen Agentur bekommen, da ich sonst selber auf den Kosten bleibe...

Ich war 2019 Kleinunternehmer und muss nun rückwirkend für 2020 Umsatzsteuern abführen, da ich nicht mehr als Kleinunternehmer gelte.

Wie soll ich da am besten vorgehen?
Bei den noch aktiven Agenturen werde ich die Rechnung korrigieren und anfragen.. auch hier gerne Tipps wie ich vorgehen sollte Smile
