Hallo ,
habe mit einer Agentur zusammengearbeitet mitbeinem Vertrag ,sowohl als auch Einzelverträgen.Hatte 3 Einsätze gemacht für die Agentur.Soweitbsogut,nun wurde mir für einen letzte Woche schon 2 gebuchte Einsatztage ,abgesagt am Vortag also 17 Stunden vorm Einsatz .Mit der Begründu g dieser Termin falle aus,bzw ich sei unzuverlässig,was aber nicht stimmt.Kann ich die Agentur nun haftbar ,bzw mein Honorar fordern?,da ich so schnell keine andere Promo finde,und dadurch einen finanziellen Ausfall habe.Hat damit jemand schon Erfahrung?
