Meine Eltern sind der Meinung, dass ihr Haus in Leipzig einen großen Verkaufswert hat. Ich bin ganz anderer Meinung und möchte irgendwie nicht, dass sie so utopische Vorstellungen haben, was ein möglicher Verkauf bringen würde. Weiß von euch jemand, wer in der Lage ist, ein entsprechendes Wertgutachten zu erstellen?

Nun ja, an so einem Haus wird für deine Eltern sicherlich auch der persönliche Wert haften - und individuelle Werte sind mehr oder weniger unbezahlbar. Für eine faire Schätzung könntet ihr beispielsweise entsprechende Dienstleister wie [bitte keine Links im Forum!] aufsuchen, um eine Immobilienbewertung in Leipzig zu erhalten. Rede doch mit deinen Eltern einfach mal darüber.
