Hallo liebe PB'ler,

ich habe einen bestehenden Arbeitsvertrag mit einer Agentur, die Messe ist nächste Woche (Briefing sollte am Montag sein), und ich habe bisher keine Einsatzdetails erhalten (z.B. wann ist das Briefing, Arbeitskleidung, Arbeitsbeginn, etc...) (obwohl das per E-Mail zugesichert wurde, dass Infos kurz vor dem Einsatz folgen). Bei der Agentur erreiche ich niemanden telefonisch, meine E-mail an die Ansprechpartnerin konnte nicht zugestellt werden ("Mail failure").

Jetzt bin ich natürlich beunruhigt und frage mich, was ich tun sollte, wenn bis Montag tatsächlich keine Infos / Rückmeldungen kommen.

Ich weiß den Namen der Firma, auf deren Stand ich arbeiten werde. Sollte ich direkt dort anrufen? Einfach auftauchen und hoffen, dass man noch eingeplant ist? Lieber auf die Schnelle einen anderen Auftrag einholen?

Welche Rechte sind vorhanden, wenn der Vertrag von Auftraggeberseite nicht erfüllt wird? Ist euch das schonmal passiert?

Ich freue mich über eure Erfahrungen, Meinungen, euer Wissen.
