Hallo ihr Lieben,

ich habe bereits im Dezember für eine Agentur gearbeitet, die darauf bestanden hat über Gutschrift statt Rechnung abzurechnen. Die Gutschrift an sich habe ich auch bereits als Dokument per Mail erhalten, allerdings immer noch keinen Lohn!
Das angebene Zahlungsziel von 2 Wochen ist schon ewig überschritten und es kommt überhaupt keine Reaktion auf Anrufe und Mails, weiß jemand wie ich nun weiter gegen diese Agentur vorgehen kann? Darf man Mahnungen für eine Gutschrift schreiben?

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir weiter helfen! Konfus

Natürlich kannst du auch hier ganz normal mahnen.
