Muss ein Auftraggeber eine Mindeststundenanzahl vergüten?		 Reply with quote  
Ist der auftraggeber verpflichtet eine Summe x (pauschale) zu zahlen , wenn die Arbeitszeit auf 6h angesetzt ist aber nach 4h beendet ist. Im Rahmenvertrag steht das es 12€ pro h gibt und das die arbeitszeit 6h beträgt. Die Aktion allerdings war nach 4std. beendet. Habe ich Anrecht auf volle 6h? Muss der Auftraggeber nicht sowieso 5h verpflichtend bezahlen?(hatte ich mal gelesen)

Wieso sollte ein Auftraggeber verpflichtet sein, Dich minimum 5 h zu buchen? Das würde bei Handwerkern dann ja immer schön teuer Wink.

Grundsätzlich ist es immer sinnvoll, so etwas mit der Agentur (freundlich) zu klären. Steht im beidseitig unterzeichneten Auftrag verpflichtend für beide 6 h á 12 € drin, so kannst Du diese dann natürlich auch in Rechnung stellen.
