Hallo,

ich bin auch Auszubildende (jetzt im 3. Lehrjahr) und hab mich anfang des Jahres selbstständig gemacht.

Seitdem mach ich nur 1-Tages-Promos samstags oder sonntags oder halt 3-Tages-Promos, wenn ich Urlaub habe. Wenn es dann in der Zeit einen Job gibt.

Also soweit ich weiß, kann man als Azubi bis zu 400 € auf gewerbeschein/steuernummer verdienen ohne Steuern bezahlen zu müssen. Also quasi wie bei nem normalen 400 € Job. Das wurde mir zumindestens beim Finanzamt so gesagt.

Die Grenze gilt für Arbeitnehmer und eben nicht für Selbständige!

Die Steuerfreigrenze liegt immer noch bei 8004€.
